I'm guessing that this is the Justice League: Worlds Collide movie that Timm has been wanting to do for some time. If so, then this is wonderful news. I'm kind of itching for some DCAU goodness. Now if they could make a DCAU movie about the time after Tim Drake was abducted by the Joker, that would be truly incredible. It could even be about Bruce after he had made the BB suit. It would be great to see more elderly versions of the classic villains. The possibilities are endless.

An original story from award-winning animation/comics writer Dwayne McDuffie (Justice League) rooted in DC Comics’ popular canon of “Crisis” stories. Bruce Timm (Superman Doomsday, Green Lantern) is executive producer. Lauren Montgomery (Wonder Woman, Green Lantern) and Sam Liu (Superman/Batman: Public Enemies) are co-directors. In Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths, a “good” Lex Luthor arrives from an alternate universe to recruit the Justice League to help save his Earth from the Crime Syndicate, a gang of villainous characters with virtually identical super powers to the Justice League. What ensues is the ultimate battle of good versus evil in a war that threatens both planets and, through a diabolical plan launched by Owlman, puts the balance of all existence in peril. All-star voice cast led by Mark Harmon (NCIS) as Superman, James Woods (Ghosts of Mississippi) as Owlman, Chris Noth (Sex and the City, Law & Order) as Lex Luthor, William Baldwin (Dirty Sexy Money) as Batman, Gina Torres (Serenity, Firefly) as Super Woman and Bruce Davison (X-Men) as the President.

[shadow=red,left,300]Mark Harmon as Superman! Awesome! NCIS rocks! William Baldwin as Batman? Now that is a little disappointing! But I will try to remain optimistic! Thanks for the heads up All-Star! [/shadow]

I just got my copy of Public Enemies on Blu-Ray in the mail today. Over the weekend I'll try to get some screen shots from the preview of this one.

The Killing Joke is next??? That's just someone spreading rumors. There hasn't been any word on any other DCU movies past this yet. So what did you think of the preview?

I'm not as psyched about this as I am about Public Enemies. I'm skeptical about the cast(Baldwin in particular). James Woods should be interesting. He's one of my favorite actors

Not looking forward to this as much as I was PE, but ill still get it. James Woods though does seem like he will be amazing in this. And the lead of NCIS as Superman... thats just freakin' fantastic casting!!!!
