Villain designs! Vulture That doesn't even LOOK like the Vulture! That's not his costume. It looks like a completely different character!

It's based off his Marvel Knights look (look out the window): Besides, I heard they changed it so that not all the villains would be green. Good idea if you ask me. Actually, they are out now. My local TRUs has had them for 2 weeks now. My brother has picked up the black spidey and Venom so far. They're cooler than they look in the pics, I was suprised. Venom has a pretty cool paint job. Both blue and black, gives him an interesting color scheme. They are retailing at 9.99.

The show was alot better than I expected. The designs look great in action. & the theme's alot better than the 90's one. One gripe though, is apart from Gwen, Norman, Adrian, & JJJ they look too cartoony for me. Otherwise it's a great series.
& that Venom design looks awesome. That's what I wanted to see in Spidey 3

this show is great I loved the lil seeds they plant in each episode to develop the over all arch of the show.
And that theme song is freaking awesome!!!

As a long time Spider-Man fan, I must say... ...I LOVE THIS SHOW! This may be the definite Spider-Man show! I agree with that. I DVR'd it and watched it last night and this morning and man what a thrill. I totally got into this show and had a ton of fun watching it. I was impressed with the amount of characters that have already been introduced into the show and feel as though it wasn't rushed or just crammed in there. The animation is great, and the spidey signal.....YESSSSS!!!! One question though, where is MJ?

Gotta admit I was pleasantly surprised and impressed for the most part. The art/style isnt my own cup of tea, and I found it "deceptive" compared to how solid the writing and story came off. They just desperately need to change the giant "necco waver" eyes! I enjoyed much of the "old school" Spiderman feel it projected. The music seemed fine overall but I personally didnt care for the intro at all, and I dont like the title / banner (too bland). If the writing remains consistent with these two eps, I'll be happy to tune in when I can. Of course LoSH started off the same way lol.

One question though, where is MJ? Yes, I was wondering that too in the first episode, when I remembered they're going the comic route. So (SPOILERS, kind of) Anna Watson and Aunt May will keep trying to set Peter and MJ up on a blind date but Pete won't want to do it and keeps dodging it because of Spidey business, and then he'll finally meet her and "hit the jackpot." I just hope it doesn't take too long for that to happen.

If they stick really close to the comics we won't see MJ till the end of Season 1. Speaking of which, they need to adapt Amazing Spidey #5. The Dr. Doom issue, cause it was pure awesome.
