I'm not really digging the Doc Ock look, but I do like Sandman.
I've only watched the pilot episode with Vulture and disliked it; was not my taste.
But seeing all the positive reviews, I'll try to catch up on the season.

I hate the animation such as the character look, but it is pretty entertaining. Spiderman vs. The Lizard was crazy.

[shadow=red,left,300]I finally saw the first Five episodes of the Spectacular Spider-man, the animation seems very odd and childish. But the story is fantastic.
I was very impressed! The voice acting is unmatchable! The Spectacular Spider-man may become the Second best Superhero TV show yet!
First being BTAS of course! ;D[/shadow]

SPECTACULAR SPIDER-MAN: "THE INVISIBLE HAND" -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- From Kids WB/Sony Peter Parker has trouble on two fronts – and no easy solutions in sight – in an all-new, surprise-filled episode of "The Spectacular Spider-Man" airing this Saturday, April 12 at 10:00 a.m. ET/PT on Kids' WB! on The CW. In the episode, entitled "The Invisible Hand," Peter Parker struggles to get a date for the Fall Formal, and to figure out a way to pay for it. Meanwhile, the unstoppable Rhino – the latest of the Big Man's creations – has sworn vengeance on Spider-Man. Spidey takes the battle directly to the source of his troubles, the previously invisible hand, who has been secretly conducting his villain-of-the-week attacks. But the Big Man offers a surprising solution to Spidey's problems, a tempting offer he doesn't think our hero can afford to refuse. Will Spidey do the right thing? "The Invisible Hand" is written by Matt Wayne and directed by David Bullock ("Justice League: The New Frontier"). Clancy Brown ("The Shawshank Redemption," "Carnivale") provides the voice of Rhino. Beginning this Saturday, April 12, Kids' WB! on The CW will present a full hour each Saturday of "The Spectacular Spider-Man." The No. 1 rated kids broadcast network will now air back-to-back episodes of the hit series at 9:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. ET/PT every Saturday. "The Spectacular Spider-Man" has been the top-rated kids broadcast network series for the past several weeks, leading the Kids' WB! line-up by scoring top marks in all the key demographics. The following is the schedule for the remainder of April: April 12 9:30 a.m. -- Interactions (repeat-- Episode 2) 10:00 a.m. -- The Invisible Hand (premiere -- Episode 6) April 19 9:30 a.m. -- Natural Selection (repeat -- Episode 3) 10:00 a.m. -- Competition (repeat -- Episode 5) April 26 9:30 a.m. -- Market Forces (repeat – Episode 4) 10:30 a.m. -- Catalysts (premiere – Episode 7)

Sounds fun.
I was able to catch up with the series and I find it fairly entertaining. The animation is definately top notch as well.
There also seem to be lots of similarities with this show and the Spiderman movie series, but I'm fine with that.

Spectacula Spiderman is real good, I like how all the villains are made like pawns of tombstone, though not crazy that the Big Man and Tombstone are the same people versus the comics where they were seperate people.
