If they decide to greenlight a Batman & Superman team up movie what would everybody expect from this?
- What would the name of the movie be called? - Villians? - Storyline? - Should Christian Bale & Brandon Routh play Bats and Supes?

i hope they don't do it because both franchises are successful and respectable on their own.
but if they do, it probably won't be Bale and Routh. these 2 actors will stick to doing their own franchise movies for a few years, then leave it alone.
they should get 2 new guys if they're gonna team them up, to differentiate it from the new franchises made with Batman Begins and Superman Returns.

WB owns the rights to make one, and it almost happened but then BB and SR happened. at this point i doubt it will hapen untill SR franchise and BB franchise are over. What i would like it to be if it does happen, is a joint sequal to both BB SR. I think might be the only way it really happens. As for stars i say whoever is playing batman and superman at that time in the individual franchises

1. Superman/Batman: World's Finest 2. Joker and Luthor 3. Get back to me on that. 4. Yes, but prefer it if this wasn't part of the continuity of both franchises.

Name: Something cool. Batman and Superman doesn't sound that great. I don't know about that yet.
Villain: I would go for some characters that we haven't seen yet. Perhaps Parasite and Riddler. I think Parasite would work real well, but I don't know how good he would be partnered up with Riddler.
Storyline: The two save the day. What else?
I would like to see Bale and Routh in the roles, but would be okay without them. Bye then, both actors will likely fear being typecast into those roles. I don't have any ideas on replacements yet.

TITLE: Word's Finest
Villians: The Joker, Lex Luthor, & various others in cameos
Plot: While on a bussinuss trip to Metropolis Bruce stumbles upon rumors of Luthor's possible candidacy to run for Prez. of the U.S. He investigates further as his alter ego only to find a hinderance in Superman. This results in several confrontations between the two throughout the film. Meanwhile in Gotham Luthor meets with gangland boss Oswald Cobblepot, & in a joint "bussiness venture" as it where begin dealings within the underworld & out as well. Meanwhile The Joker goes on a rampage in Gotham while bruce is in Metropolis stalking Clark. Bruce discovers his secret just as Clark disspears as Superman. Anywho.... The Joker gets involved with Luthor & murders Cobblepot. Luthor masterminds an intergang attack on Gotham, nearly turning the city to rubble. Lex swoops in after Bruce & Clark beat the hell outa intergang & gains major recognition as presidential condidate. The film ends with Bruce & Clark finally relying on eachother as Luthor prepars for office & plans another major attack involving much more than I can think of now.
Bats: Christian Bale Clark: Brandon Routhe

I definately like the title of World's Finest as a title for the film, it is alot better than Batman/Superman, but I wonder if they would want to go with something different because of Sandy Collora's World's Finest Fan Trailer? As long as it isn't anything silly like: The Dark Knight Detective meets The Last Son of Krypton, or something along those lines.
Of course a great Joker/Lex Luthor team up would be the ultimate to go up against Bats & Supes, but I feel it might be a bit too much because Lex Luthor is the only real villian we have seen in the Superman movies, and it would be a bit of overkill with him. And The Joker, well he is great and all, and I wouldn't have a problem with him in the film as one of the main villians. I think Parasite or Metallo would be a great choice to throw in the mix, a Joker/Parasite teamup, I could see it working.
Or if they don't want to go all out with The Joker and Lex Luthor the film could start with Superman bringing The Joker to Arkham Asylum and Batman taking down Lex Luthor, and bring in newer, fresher villians to battle, like The Riddler, Killer Croc, or The Man Bat.
Not really sure on a story line, it could be more of a sci fi/horror type of film if they go with Killer Croc, Man Bat, Parasite & Metallo
But Christian Bale and Brandon Routh get my vote to play Batman and Superman

If Robin/Dick Grayson doesn't make it into the Batman franchise would anybody like to see him in this film? If so what type of role would he take on?
Me, I would like to see him in this film, but only in a small role, perhaps as Dick Grayson a few times, and maybe in the Batcave feeding Batman information when needed.
What about Superboy? Krypto?

Yeah, I like the 1rst one. The second one kinda takes me out of it cause the mtv award sits there gleaming in the light. But they are good.
I had another thought. What if they sorta combigned the scripts of Superman Lives & Batman Triumphant into a huge amalgamation. Lives involved Doomsday (I think Brainiac too) & Triumphant, The Scarecrow & Man-Bat. or there's always the J.J. Abrahms script. Anybody read it?

I would prefer there was none (I hate Superman!) but if one was being made: 1. The World's Greatest Team 2. the Joker and Lex Luthor 3. I'll tell you some other time 4. I don't know and care about who plays Superman but it would be great if Cristian Bale plays Batman

- No other name but WORLD'S FINEST. but i'm sure those bastards in Hollywood would conjure up something lame like EXTREME TEAM-UP or something bogus.
- The Joker / Lex Luther OR Two-Face / Luthor ORRRR The Penguin / Luthor (think of the Penguin as a 20's gangster al capone type of guy, an untouchable crime lord, fits nicely with lex.
- For some reason or another, business plans of the villains cross into each other's cities, thus causing their city's hero to follow. Supes would probably go to Gotham. For some reason bats and supes fight each other and then they work it out, and then they bring down the villians in the 3rd act. yay.
- Bale and Routh should not play the parts because there seems to be too much of an age difference between the two. I think Routh looks fine as a younger Superman, but you would need someone younger to play Batman.

I'm not prejuced about Superman, although Batman is cooler. Who on earth made that batman kicks superman down the hill thing? It looks seamless, but Superman is smarter than that (except when he gets kicked the same way in SR)

To me, this is one of those "I'll believe it when I see it" things. But if it were to happen: Title: World's Finest No Bale or Routh! Plot: Luthor goes to Gotham City to ask Bruce Wayne to publicly endorse him in his bid to become president. Clark Kent goes to Gotham to cover their partnership for the Daily Planet. While their, Luthor secretly meets with Gotham's various crime bosses and tells them he wants a piece of the action. Batman hears about this through his sources and begins to investigate. Bruce Wayne approaches Clark and asks him what he knows about Luthor, what is he really like. the two agree (as Bruce & Clark)to keep an eye on Luthor together. Meanwhile, Luthor has another secret meeting with the mob bosses, but this time Batman interrupts. Luthor manages to escape without being implicated, but he realizes that Batman is a problem, so he approaches the Joker to help him take care of Batman. When Bruce tells Clark that he has reason to believe Luthor is up to something, Superman appears in Gotham and he and Batman team up. Joker recruits some other Batman villains(Bane, Croc) and Luthor brings in some villains from Metropolis (Intergang?) and they all team up to take out Batman and Superman while making sure Luthor gets elected

Yeah, it is a wait and see thing! But I doubt that Batman will want to team up with Superman other than Superman/ Batman. But for those that are for a Superman Batman movie, check out "The Superman Batman Movie"! It's actually a great movie!

if it were to happen, it would need to turn into a more comic-book cartoony movie, similar to the style of Fantastic Four or X-Men for it to work. how the heck would it work i Nolan's world, or with Bale playing the role of Batman, after his time in Nolan's Batman series? it would need different actors than Bale and Routh, and not people who have played either character before (so cancel Tom Welling off the list).
if if kept Bale as Batman, it would be stupid, because Nolan and Bale would have established a realistic Batman world with no alien villains or anything like that, so he couldn't exactly team up with a flying alien, could he? it would undermine everything they had spent years building.
and i don't think Bale would want to do it anyway. he digs the Batman character so much, he wouldn't want to play a crime-fighting partner to a flying dude who wears his underpants over his tights. (no offence to Superman, I like that franchise also, but i don't think combining the two is a good idea)

[glow=red,2,300]Bale has already stated that he is intrested in the idea and possibilty only a silly fan would get annoyed just take it with a pinch of salt like I did with Teen titans so that it belongs with the other Timm shows.[/glow]

Well, Jack-Ups, I'm not getting annoyed, it's just that I don't like Superman! And I would prefer a solo Batman movie! I mean, if a Superman Batman Team up movie came out, I would see it, probably love it, and buy it when it comes out on DVD.
Hey Shadow, I love Bale!!! They should cast Bale, who else could they (that could do a decent job)?

Hey Shadow, I love Bale!!! They should cast Bale, who else could they (that could do a decent job)? To me, it depends on which incarnation of Batman they wanna go with, if they wanna go the younger route, then yeah, it should probably be Bale, but maybe they wanna go the older route, not just starting out, but the Batman who's been around a while. It depends on the director's idea

Hey Shadow, I love Bale!!! They should cast Bale, who else could they (that could do a decent job)? [shadow=red,left,300]I love Bale as well, however I just don't think he would work in a Superman/Batman or a JLA film, no matter how bada$$ he is. Nolan's Batman just wouldn't fit in with a brightly coloured, spandex clad, alien - no matter how hard they tried. They'd have to use the comic book style Batman (with the grey spandex and black trunks), and I just can't imagine Bale pulling off that style of the Dark Knight. Bale is too deeply associated with the Begins bat-suit, with that voice, with that general look, and I just can't see that working in a film like this. They'd need someone who acts a bit more like Kevin Conroy’s Batman in JLU - that'd be perfect. Christian's Batman is just too much of a loner for a film like this. I just can't picture him. -The Shadow[/shadow]

[glow=red,2,300]It pretty easy to imagine bale in it actually plus , just take it with a pinch of salt with the Nolan Universe with his universe being the same of all the other superheros except Gotham is at one end of the spectrum and metropolis the other!silly fans really are caring lol
plus Bale has sound he can now soften the voice when he wants so there ya go end of another problem, he said it was like his voice when he talked to Gorden on the roof at the end but softer[/glow]

[shadow=red,left,300]Ok, say we see TDK, we see Superman/Batman (or JLA), and then we skip forward to BB3... Bats has to face some big city-threatening crisis, people are going to be thinking, "Why hasn't Batman called in Superman or the rest of his super-hero buddies for help? He had no problem doing that in the other film...". If they set the film in a different continuum, none of these questions would be raised.
I have no problem with this film being set in continuity with the Burton/Shumacher films, but if Superman was pushed into the Begins universe, all of the realism Nolan and Co. accomplished will be wrecked. And no, I’m not being a silly fan, *lol*, it’s just a terrible idea.
Nolan totally re-invented Scarecrow, Ra’s Al Gaul, and the Joker to fit in with the realistic tone of his movies… add one multicoloured, flying alien with a quiff into the fold, then all of his efforts seem pretty much pointless… *lol*

Ah now sorry to say agian those problems can be solved again 1) right ok all u gotta do in the JL movie is not have bats call in the JL, any way I think the will most likely Batman will be invited or sothing on those lines, like somthing may happen to gotham adn then batman agreees to help the Jl so that that problem cant happen again.
20 BATMAN (its be shown in the comics and cartton) that batman doesnt like people helping him, especially with gotham as he see's it as his promise and his job
lol see how quick it took me to solve those two, and the second is really strong .lol
