What was wrong with Cassie as Bat-Girl? I liked her. I agree with Batlaw. I hate this.

These issues look very interesting, Loving Gotham City Sirens so far! ;D
Sorry to ask such a stupid question, but I haven't paid to much attention to the Batman Reborn series; What was Barbara's reaction to Dick becoming Batman? Just curious on that whole affair.

Sorry to ask such a stupid question, but I haven't paid to much attention to the Batman Reborn series; What was Barbara's reaction to Dick becoming Batman? Just curious on that whole affair. You know, from what I've seen, there hasn't been a real reaction from her about Dick being Batman. There hasn't been any real interaction between them either, but he did try to call her in Batgirl #1. Though while Dick was still Nightwing, when he was having a conversation with her, she noticed that his voice was getting a little growling, which was meant to be foreshadowing.

I've been reading Batman and Robin, Red Robin, and Detective Comics. These series are really great. Detective Comics is amazing. There could be absolutely no words in the entire book and I would still buy it. So pretty.

^ you should read Streets of Gotham too. Dini has done a great job of making single issue stories but also keeping the larger story going smoothly through each issue. it reminds me alot of Alan Grant's run on Shadow of the Bat. Batman has been good as well. i'm hoping Lyle Blanco sticks around and we get to see him go against the real Batman when he gets back.

^Who is illustrating for Streets of Gotham now? If it is still the same guy that was on for the first few issues, then I won't be picking this up. Has Dini gotten any better at writing for Damian?

^ yeah its the same artist, Dustin Nguyen. i love his artwork. Damian really isnt a focus in the series right now. last issue actually dealt with an interesting character called The Broker. it was good because it finally told us how all the villains get their hideouts and it had some nice history on Gotham. Dini isnt writing the next 2 issues, Chris Yost is, and its set to feature Huntress and Man-Bat. the Manhunter backup story has been good too. the stuff with Hush is good too. its nice to see how he interacts with the different characters watching him. we got a new character in the first 2 issues, Abuse. he's cool and he'll be back when Dini returns to the book with issue 7. i like Dini's writing so thats mainly why i like this series. that and i am a fan of Nguyen's art. i loved his run on Batman.

People seem to either really like Nguyen or really dislike him. I personally don't care for his style. I like Dini's writing, but I'm not too big on the premise of the series. I might pick up an issue just to see. I've been checking previews and haven't been impressed.
