Is the next TNA PPV really Sting vs Mick Foley ?!!!!!!! That would be so awesome.
Ever since Foley went to TNA I have always thought that if TNA wanted to print money all they would have to do is put them in a match.

^ thats what all the posters for the event and commercials all say. it'll raise the buyrates i'm sure, especially since its in a cage, but Foley is in terrible shape right now. and he was never the best of wrestlers either, so its not really a match i'm looking forward to at all. Sting can carry anyone through a match and can usually make someone bad look good, but this will be a test even for him.

^ Why so negative ? In the end its all fake and preplanned anyway.

i enjoy watching good matches. out of shape Foley being carried through a match by Sting isnt exactly good wrestling. its not negative, its realistic. i would much rather see Sting vs. Jarrett then Sting vs. Foley. a better oppnent for Foley would be Abyss. Abyss/Foley in a cage with some weapons could be entertaining.

the tag title match isnt for the unified tag team championship. the match has both tag titles on the line with the goal of unification. the match could very easily end in a no contest or double countout, double dq, etc and each team would retain their titles and there would be no unified champions.

That would ruin the PPV for me. I'm routing for Morrison and Miz personally.

Abismo Negro was found dead this morning in Mexico. he was on a bus and had either a heart attack or panic attack (everywhere lists it differently) and got off the bus and fell into a river and he drown. he was 37.

^ well you wont want to hear what i post next. Steven Dunn was found dead this morning as well. he was 44. you may remember him from his WWF days in the team Well Dunn. his career wasnt anything special, but it did last alittle bit.
there's no definitive answer on why so many wrestlers die each year and die so young. people have done studies, but nothing factual comes back.
EDIT: Dunn died in a hospital after his family decided to take him off of life support which he had been on for over a year, due to severe intestinal blockage and another problem that wasnt made public.

more on Steven Dunn's passing has come to light. his wife made a statement to clear up the false reports that had come out. he wasnt taken off of his life support. she said that he just died peacefully in his sleep. he was still hooked up to the machines. she also stated that he was 48, not 44.

Tazz is no longer with WWE. i'm hearing conflicting reports as to the reason though. some say it was on good terms and his contract ended and WWE just didnt renew. others say Tazz didnt want to renew yet as he wanted a break. others say that he and McMahon had some problems and it led to him not being re-signed. regardless, he's no longer with WWE.
this is terrible news as Tazz was a great announcer. i wonder what they'll do now. i'm hoping they move Matt Striker over to Smackdown and give someone else the role on ECW. i'm thinking it'll be Sim Snuka that'll get the shot with ECW as he's set to announce for WWE Superstars when that begins in April. i guess we'll know on Sunday and next week.

I thought it was a pretty good Wrestlemania, but for it being the 25th, I expected some suprises.
I thought having Kid Rock there was totally unnecessary and I actually left to get some food and drink during his performance. The Miss Wrestlemania was stupid, imo. Hell, you didnt even know the "special entrants" were even in there. Money in the bank was par for the course, and I expected Punk to win it. I thought the Undertaker/Michaels match was the best one of the night. Awesome job from both superstars! JBL...huh? I predicted cena would win it, wasnt shocked at that one. I thought the main even was a bit lackluster, but it was a HHH match, so there ya go.lol

HBK/Taker was definitely the best match, followed closely by the Matt/Jeff. the triple threat was good. money in the bank was solid, Kofi definitely stood out in that match. the main event definitely could have been a bit better. it was solid, but Orton and Triple H have wrestled better matches against each other in the past. in the miss wrestlemania rumble, they all came out during Kid Rock's performance so you got to see everyone who was in the match. the "surprise" participants were Victoria, Molly Holly, Sunny, Torrie Wilson, & Santino's twin sister Santina (which was classic).

Frankly, Wrestlemania was horrible. Undertaker/HBk was really the only good match, having Santino win the divas battle royal completely killed its prestige, the MITB was most certainly not the most impressive, and Triple H vs Orton, dispite the good buildup, was a bore.
